Over a decade ago I gave birth to my first and second child. Through their births I discovered how life changing those experiences were and how different they could be when a woman is supported. It sparked something in me to start on the path to begin birth work. I have now been a certified doula and childbirth educator for over ten years and welcomed two more little boys into our family. Making my husband and me parents to four amazing boys. Were we going for the girl? Nope!

My passion to help other growing families drives me to provide support, guidance, and knowledge to expectant parents as they navigate the journey of pregnancy, childbirth, and early parenthood. Witnessing families grow and thrive fuels my dedication to empower and educate, ensuring that every individual feels confident and well-informed throughout this transformative time in their lives
